28 February will the the Day when BSNL is going to have a Soft Launch of 3G Services in few Cities of India.
it is expected that the Video call rates will be little higher than voice call rates as the data usage will be more than voice call.
BSNL also said that they will be providing 3G enabled Handsets. The Range of Phones will be from Rs 7000 to Rs 25000.
